This is an empowering manifesto and Luisa speaks about serious subjects – mental health, body image, sex & relationships – and makes them accessible, and hilarious.

Luisa has toured this show globally, been nominated for a Barry Award and currently has over 40 MILLION views on a snippet of it online. She also crowd-funded and produced a DVD of the show in 2015.
